Question & Exclamation mark

  Have you ever wondered why Question mark ? and Exclamation mark ! are created so perfectly.
  
  To prove my point:
  
  Oh My God! and Oh My God?
  Which one bring across a point more forcefully. The former one of course, Right.
  
  Likewise
  How are you? and How are you!
  What would that person think if I use the latter.
  
  So, indeed ? and ! are genius creation. What do you think?
