The pic shows the brains spilling out in a mess and half the face is gone-can still distinguish the nose and mouth.Other than that,the rest of the body is intact.Confirm it's Singapore coz the ambulance is from SCDF.The mata who flipped him over must be pretty brave-but I guess they are prepared for such cases.
