New ERP gantry

Today drove along Dorby Ghaut toward Bras Basah. Then notice there is a new gantry outside the former Cathy Cinema. Why did they new a new gantry within Orchard when you are already in CBD. Something fishy going on. Maybe we will need to pay ERP charges within CBD. Sound like double taxation or double ERP charges.

Some of the carpark entries and exits already got ERP. When exit of the carpark have to pay already. Next is every junction will have ERP. Than every traffic light also got ERP. Than every elevator also got ERP. When exiting elevator also have to insert cashcard.
