my english name alan is given by myself since im p6 and i had friends who address me as this since then. now i had past my grand 21, just wondering how can i make the english name officially on my i/c?

How abt those ppl who change sex? They also can apply via internet? I read from newspaper most country take a very strong and stringent process to change the sex of a person on their IC. In some countries, the sex is determined at birth and cannot be changed until death?
