  punggol plaza .. where the NTUC is got sell. I saw in a couple of places selling simple ones...
  Some people who fly their kites at punggol seem very pro ... they fly the complicated ones...

  There's a kite shop at Riverwalk. They sell the remote control kites which look like UFOs at night. And Ann Poh works there too.
