question about echos from speakers

whenever some sound come out from the speaker, there will be a slight echo..
for example: whenever a window is minimised, there will be a click sound.. the echo is very obvious then..
how to get rid of it..? -

what sound card u using, sekali the effect is set to echo or something I dunno never heard of such Shit.

dont think should be the speaker or sound card problem.. the problem comes after my sister played a game ( The Sims ) .. canot find a way to solve it..
