  well first the police will come to your house and arrest you, then you'll be brought to court for trial. if found guilty the maximum penalty is 3 months and $1000 fine.

  I would advice you to give them a call as soon as possible to clarify why you failed to attend. A very good reason will likely get you off the hook, but an early apology might also do the trick.

  turn up at CMPB tomorrow with all the documents and tell them U forgot..They should let U take the exam or reschedule.

  go to cmpb asap and appologise and tell them you forgot. ask them can do the check up immediately or need to reschedule.

  Well, nothing much I can say here..... I guess the best idea is to call them up ASAP and apologise for your oversight. And pray that they'll just shrug it off.
