Need help with disturbing dream

What it mean if you dream about your parents, relatives or the kids in your family showing hostility towards you?
In my dream, I experienced feelings of disappointment and betrayal when i found out that they were unlike the people i know...Give me a feeling of they were plotters.
The dream is like: a gathering at house, everyone came. My 13 year old niece started hugging and kissing. It felt good but then she suddenly behaved like a delinquent wrapped her arm around my neck and dragging me to another room. Fr no reasons, someone else starts to get mad and furious. First was my uncle, then later my dad pulled me into his room and knocked my head repeatedly. . . all the while they showed me they were just actors with some intention ...This causes my waking fear
that there maybe people whom I cant trust around me?
But my family is not that. The are nice but can i be wrong? These were my thoughts on waking up...Need help here -

dreams are said to be representations of the subject's subconscious, ie, the true feelings of the person or some has said, a collection of all past and present events shaped together.
from your description, i gather that you might be experiencing or at least expecting hosility from your family members. was it something you did recently? how is your relationship with your family members?
of course, there is a minority out there who hypothesized that dreams are omens of future events. this might mean you shall watch your relationship with your family ppl and do not take them for granted etc.
if you keep having the same dream as the days go on, it is advicable to seek the advice of a trained psychologist. -
sometimes dreams are just irrational fears
and they are irrational..
don't let it worry you.. just shows that you value and love your family a lot and what they feel about you means a lot to you

No problems with them from the very beginning.
They are the best people i know. But can this dream be a prediction of something more serious outside the family issue? -
Yoz, a few cents worth of advise:
You really think too much. dreams do have meaning but its hidden. It is not what you see, but what you cannot see. Just some tips, dreaming of ya father knocking ya head, may means that there is something important that you may forgotten. Just my prediction. Pushing you room to room may means that you may face different conditions/ environment recently. Each family members may just be giving you hints on how to adopt to these environment. ha ha

represent authority.
they being hostile to you means some person of higher authority/status is influencing you in real life. it starts off good but now sours.
am I right? -
Admit I try to please them and be perfect in their eyes. Also always worrying about what they think of me.....

dreams are sometimes the opposite of real life... like for your case you might have a loving caring family but you are irrationally afraid of losing them.. this irrational fear might materialise as a nightmare -

the world is one where u need to stand on ur own feet... comfort urself that as long my conscience is clear i shall do what i think or believe or feel is right.. Take responsiblity for urself cos that will define who u are soon...
