when it turn balck it means it's too ripe! Next time buy not so ripe one loh or buy smaller bunch tat sloves d probelm

You can make banana pancakes. Overly riped bananas are great for making kodok..........you know? The deep friend banana balls-like? Use coconut milk so your dessert has that lemak flavour. Remember to add some sugar. The natural sugar in the banana is not enough because you will be add flour to it.
