It depends on ur definition of World War.
If it's just small wars, the world has seen them ever since the end of WW2, and it has been continuing ever since.
But if it's a real World War with the scale like WW2 or even WW1, frankly I highly doubt it. WW1 and WW2 were special cases and only special occurance, it will never happen again coz the preconditions like then have to exist again. -

4) Going hungry for several days because logistics is down
5) Forced to drink mud water or even eat dead bodies to survive..
6) Realising that your gf/mother was in your house where the bombs fell
