Those are different,they are models so the photos are owned by the company..In fact i got a feeling its in the contract that states no unauthorized use of the photos..But if u were to go out and take a pic of them,they can't sue you for copyright,at the most under the tort of defamation i think but not copyright..Originally posted by Ray2:nicoll and dawn already proved u wrong. -
