the NEW national library.....wonder y they build until so nice...THEN...only books in the basement can be borrowed...the rest?7-13th floor which contains many reference books are not allowed for loan....wat F***?somemore......students are not allowed to study there considering there are so many tables and the environment there is excellent...they should at least designate an area for studying....
