After reading various "maid kills employer", " maid suffocate children" and the latest "maid kills maid" issues... i'm already getting a lil' bit freaked out...
Been living with a maid for the past 22 years of my life... luckily i'm still alive.. heh.. I can't wait for my mum to retire.. and we can just do away with the maid.. i feel so threatened these days... -
We ever had maids killing their compatriots in the past. Who could forget Flor Contemplacion? Looks like someone's gonna follow her to hell via the gallows.

How much the employer pays is not how much the maid gets.
That leads to a situation that the employer feels that he's paying too much, and the maid feels that she's getting too little. Employer thinks that the maid is not doing enuff for what he has paid for. Maid thinks that she's getting too little for what she is doing.
And such situation will make the relationship between employer/maid get worse. -
u respect them, and they will respect u. those cases that we had read and heard about don't go killing for no reasons. treat the maids good and they will return u in favour, in the form of probably better duties @ home?!

well, there are cases of young immature maids who don't really even understand english..
first time working out there.. they don't even know how harsh life can be.. and when the employer treats them nice.. close one eye when they do wrong stuffs.. they'd take it for granted... sometimes they really do get out of hand.... people try talking to them, but they hardly understand..and when people talk to them in an angrier tone.. they get really upset... stressed an upset and having no one to talk to.. they may just go crazy and resort to these kinda crazy stuffz... -
Recently, in the evening, we get malay guys calling my home everyday, looking for my maid, and my maid claims that they are her brothers... and they talk for at least an hour on the phone... even when my parents are in the living watching TV.. she dares to sit just next to them, on the floor chatting happily on the phone when she's supposed to be cooking dinner or something...
Now even more pro.. she bought some prepaid card and a handphone.. i can actually hear her talking in her room in the middle of the night!! to who? i really don't know! What if one day she bring in strangers to my house? I also won't know.. coz my bro's serving NS and me and my parents are working!!!
Coz my parents are too good to her, she's really getting way outta hand...what to do? -

Both parents + me , working till evening time....come back where got energy to do all these housechores and cooking and washing??

Anyway .. my mom's gonna retire soon....and we're going to move to a smaller house..
So.. i'll just make do with this LOVELY maid of mine for the next year or so....as long I'm not at home.. heck care liao lah.. close one eye...
