Hair conditioner

  Can you guys intro some effective hair conditioners which are effective to give your hair smooth and silky?
  
  Im currently using the Pantene one but doesn't seem to be of much help. My hair is rather rough, probably due to the wax which I use everyday... So hope that I'll be able to find some good brands... Thanks!
