dun scare me leh....going 2buy double yolk m.cake tonight.
past few yrs oso heard the leftover lotus paste can keep for years & years.
leftover will mix in the new batch n sell.... scary right? -
Yap is true, fake egg yolk are found in Cheena. Silicon mix with coloring and some other products, heat and made into fake egg york. Even baby milk powder, soya sause etc are fake. i'd ask the shop i buy my mooncakes from but they don't mess around with putting eggs in the mooncakes... i think their philosophy is that it spoils the taste of the mooncake..
