  Wierd, people only have duck eggs as salted OR the "lu dan" (the one often sold in duck rice stalls.. remember?)

  all eggs, fried eggs, lu dan, scrambled eggs, steam eggs are CHICKEN eggs
  
  Only salted eggs are DUCK eggs.
  
  The only reason is DUCK eggs taste are bad. The only way to eat it is to make it as salty as possible so people won't recognize it.
