handphone shops

just curious lah.
in almost every HDB estate and centrals(Bedok central, Jurong East central, Tampines central etc.), there's countless handphone shops.
like in AMK alone, there's like 2 handphone shops under each HDB flat!
my question is : why these handphone shops never close down one? the handphone shop competition even more stiffer and fiercer than last time bubble-tea and luo-han-yu competition, but seems that more and more still pop up everyday?
anyone got logic and idea behind this?

cheap rental? but i thought the montly rents for shops under these HDB flats quite high one? especially in those populated areas?
also ah, Ditzy.....now the amount of handphone shops very scary until u can find them more easily than 7-11 and Cheers outlets combined together loh. -

Because there is a market for this in singapore and possibly for a long time it will be there. Just like bak chang, you don't always eat it, but its always there.

KNN.......but where got HP shops do this one? never seen before leh.......or is it your own HP shop doing this? how unprofessional!
the strangest thing that goes against logic is that these HP shop owners can still survive even though their competitions are getting tougher every day.
imagine : there are a group of 200 customers every month around a certain HDB area.
if these 200 customers all go to the same HP shop, then the boss can buy ferraris already.
but since it's not uncommon to find 5 - 6 HP shops in the same area(take AMK central for example), 200 divided by 6 == ????
the result is (very few customers per shop). in the end, still can survive? or they give free handjobs underneath the table during their sparetime? -

no lah, because they seem to spring out every second, so, since i've such a business mind, of course i'm curious lah.
u think i what? like Fugue and SMAP crappers like that meh, everyday crap crap crap and slack slack slack? i always think about these business issues and world problems until my hair goes white already.
i wish i can play with girls in bed also lah, but no time nowadays.
