  Just now go Toa Payoh there visit mi friend and walk walk... saw one block...think it is 126 ...walau, the whole stretch got about 9 barber and hair salon shops leh.... scary sia and price war too

  So what is the cheapest price? They got ganged up fixed to a certain pricing? Salon should charge more expensive than barber but then salon sometimes got ladies there so guys like go there hair let the ger touch or maybe got massage or just simple chit chat? Barber also can chat but topic of different genre ahhahaha
