Just like R(A) DVDs you import from Amazon etc...if kept for home consumption, nobody will bother you.

Then again, you have a subcontractor called city post who randomly screens incoming dvds, check and put that censorship sticker and charge the consumer an additional 'administration fee' on top of your internet purchase.
