You eat 'hum' or not when eating char kuay tiao

i see some people don't want to eat hum, but still ask boss to put in (more if possible) then pick one by one out later. Say them this will give char kuay tiao the best original taste...

$3, $2 char kway teow, $1 hum.

i went to ghim moh guan kee char kuay tiao 2-3 times.
always queue very very long. got to stand to wait for 30-40 minutes before my turn.
yet, not really very very nice. i feel not worth the waiting time (plus standing somemore)
i prefer malaysia char kuay tiao, more salty than sweetie. -
One more thing about char kway teow, if you don't want it black, just tell ah lau you don't want it black.
