If you don't even have a Paypal account in the first place, then you know for sure that it's a scam. It's a really stupid scam by some really stupid scammers who are out to get really stupid people into giving them their personal particulars.
Dump it and forget it.
And hope that the scammers get thrown into jail soon, where they truly belong.
well...i did have one but realising that credit card is needed, I did not go there anymore...this was like a few years back...today i received this email and though that i muz log in to prevent it from being gone...but their plan backfired as some of the text in the scam email said that i should login from www.paypal.com/us and not other link...so i was suspicious that this was a scam...another reason is that none of the link in the fake login page was real....click click but never load....
