Detoxification

  I believe it is a familiar term used by the Slimming industry.But i think it is crap, our body already detoxifies itself(Excrement, kidney, livers,lungs....)
  
  Most of the "weight" lost is also just water...

  yea of course, maybe they use the word detoxification to making it appealing to people to "cleanse" their body for them in order to earn money
