removing tattoos

just to check with you ppl, if i were like to remove a tattoo, ard how much would it cost?
it is just a black outline, palm size and at the back just below the right shoulder.
where should i go? the national skin center?
and to ask also, is there an age limit for someone to get a tattoo? or anyone can walk into a tattoo shop and req a tattoo? thanks!

There is a law not to allow anyone under de age of 16 to have tattoo or piercing (correct me if im wrong)..... but i dont think any tattoo parlour follows this rule ... how i know ? Once upon a time , a 13 yrs old boy walked into a tattoo parlour at penisular and got a tattoo of a dragon at his arm a dot on his forehead and one dote at every finger
And one week later he got a bashing of his life by his father and mother after his mother questioned him why now days u always wear shirt at hm and why u always wear shirt after coming out from de toilet even with a towel wrapped below after u bath
And yrs later he said to himself My god why was i so stupid !! and the day he got himself a tattoo was de most stupidest decision he made in his life -
It's like dunno how many hundred bucks per cm square of skin. Its by laser, and its not even foolproof that your tattoo will be erased.

Think your cheapest option would be dermabrasion, they freeze your skin and sandpaper it off, yes it hurts.

i saw at hereens, the age limit is 18 and above.
nowadays, there is a new laser technique tat allows u to remove tattoos. however, it is hardest to remove red n yellow inks. blacks are e most easily removed. however, you may need follow up sessions to see results.
see a dermatolagist, or anywhere tat offers skin surgery. you could see you GP and ask for recomendations.
think...its not gonna b cheap..so....if u already tattoed, good luck man. -

Think even after the laser, there will still be some markings... Heard that from my friend... But don't know if its true
