For me it is the carefree 90s.....Everything was better and relaxed..And got to grow with the technological advances made in the decade...
good luck phrases varies from people to people....
the 90s may be a good luck period for you, but may be a bad luck period for others (& vice versa).
the same applies for 2000s.
