  Dont like your employer who exploits u, shouts at u, threaten at u?
  
  What will u do? Whistle blow them? Like they eg. using pirated software, orr other breaches of law?

  Exploit is SO common in nwadays job... shouting nt rare oso... but threaten... employer try to put ina nice way wan... If Bao Toe them... end up I oso suffer... slowly find new better job and siam lor! Tats life...

  Company loyalty is a thing of the past, given how employers treat employees these days. Whistle blowing by unhappy or disgrunted employees/ex-employees should come as no suprise. Of course there are the other group who will blow their employer's whistle to get to the top, if you know what I mean.

  The only employer I know that does all the above 3 is the SAF.

  In US you can even get money if you sue your employer for unethical practices, whether toward clients or employees. They really encourage whistle-blowing there to curb the mega scandals that have been burgeoning. I'm not very sure about Singapore though.
