Must she get a property agent?
Nowadays, a 3 bedroom condo about 1300 sq ft (ie. 126 sqm), how much is it ah? for a location near MRT (5 mins walk) but not near town.
It's better to get an agent unless you've done it before or know the system.

Depends if the owner wants to rent to individuals or to whole family. Butbear in mind to go check now and then, since there are a lot of cases where the PRC rent the unit and then sublet out to earn double the amount for themselves while making a mess of the place. Owner gets complaints and clean up job....
