  for me it's bcos of intense sports last time
  always here pain there pain......like shin and knees....
  then no take care

  sometimes can't even walk.....

  Late night workouts, then take late hot showers, now got shoulder and neck pain that won't go away, and hurts every morning when waking up, boohoohoo.

  lack of regular exercise for the joints
  
  lack of sufficient and daily water consumption
  
  excessive straining of joints or hereditary weaknesses from family bloodline
