How to become rich / Success stories to tell?

  Hmm... Well, i'm sure at one point or another, we all wished we will become rich. Well, the fact is the studying alone would not make you rich. (look at teachers, most of them are graduates, you see anyone of them earning more than 10k per month?)
  
  So, what does it take to become rich? (I know the typcial determination, intelligent, EQ and stuff like that, but thats not what i'm talking bout).
  
  Any ideas on how to become rich before the age of.. say 30? (investment? business? what kind?)
  
  And lastly, do you know any success stories of how people made it?
