love or hate Yam?

i thot of setting up a mini food stall, purely selling Yam foods.
Yam House - Yam rice, Yam cake, Shuan Pan Zi, Sweet Yam pie, Bor bor Cha cha, Oi Ni & anything associate with Yam.
I know some of frez n relative hate Yam alots. just like to hear from all of u... love or hate.... thks -

it might be quite hard to survive when so many ppl are getting more health-conscious.

Yam cakes are ok but yam ice cream is a big no-no.
Anyway to the treadstarter you should not focus on one kind of food alone...
Try to offer a range for instance sweet potato and green bean products...

I think yam is nice in every form
except as itself.
i like yam crackers
fried yam balls (dim sum)
yam ice cream is quite nice
i LURVE suan pan zi
the yam ring is also very nice
yam kueh is good too
