i asked to buy drinks at a drinks store , ask cashier for a cup of bandung , no ice.den fill up to 3/4. and pass me.
then she said no ice , will have lesser water.

Whats wrong with that? The norm is for coffeeshops to put a scoop of ice and then fill 3/4 of the cup.
