  He don't have, she don't have...
  
  It is so common that even teachers etc. use this phrase which is supposed to be 'he doesn't have'
  
  How can we change this?

  It's too ingrained in our Singlish culture that nobody seems to think that it's a wrong phrase. Unless you've got really really 'angmonized' teachers... I don't think it will be easy. lol

  Yeah I listen to rap music alot, they have stuff like "You was" instead of "you were".

  society does not conform to language rules; language evolves over time.
  
  if we use it commonly, in our context, or even in foreign context, as long as they understand us, it should be deemed acceptable
