Why are there accidents on CTE everyday?

  i went pass CTE 2 times today, once afternoon once night.. both times there were accidents... why huh? super sian.. always jam till xiao
  
  I don't see this happening along TPE, SLE, KJE, BKE

  PIE also is fucked up lah...just try to drive there on Ssaturday, day time..raining day...sure got more then 2 accidents along the stretch from changi to jurong...
