just having a guess here.. human meat will probably taste better than beef meat. it will have a better flavour, a slightly improved texture and less smell. Can you imagine marinated tender chunks of human meat served with a rich flavoursome curry with crushed tomatoes, capsicum and green chillies in a thick masala sauce?
