Be firm n tell him that u r not going to pass him the whole collection. Tell him to be specific even if he has to write many songs down.

Depends on who is that someone.
I usually wont share like a whole harddisk of songs, very dangerous, will kena caught.
Ask them go buy the CDs themselves. -
I can understand...ppl work so hard to compile the songs and one farker just come and copy wholesale....For me aso sure buay song one..

This is a classic example of Menatlities in Singapore; I've collected so many songs over so many years, and it hurts to just allow someone to just copy them over.
The same applies in Schools, at work, & at play.
This selfish self-centeredness is somehow in-grained in spciety here; I mean, I hear comments from foreigners from Europe, and US, that how is a people to advance when information and knowledge, isn't readily shared among our peers, and fellow citizens?
So what, if you have collected so many songs over so many years, and somebody just wanna copy them over? Big deal?
Oh i can see how SIngaporeans will survive any kind of natural disasters in Singapore - if, there happens to be one. Everybody will running around caring for their own everything and ignoring all those others who are dying or injured because "I've worked so hard to bring up and care for my life and family, I can't stop to help that poor fellow." ME FIRST!! -
Let him/her copy, as long as he/she doesn't cut or erased away my songs. What are friends for?
