I need help to save a streaming video from RealPlayer... any hints..? i forgot how to do it... =(

If you access it from your browser, try searching the cache.
its a link that i can click on... more of like i ned to copy and paste onto the browser then it goes direct to the player... which means i have no options of saving it first...
And i search my history le.
