  Many a times, at stalls in shopping malls, I see people giving away $$$, buying some fake dzi beads made of clay or synthetic glass.........
  
  I see liaoz
  
  today, I'm in a good mood to show you all what are FAKE dzi beads. Only authentic dzi beads (whether NEW or ANCIENT) are made of agate:
  
  ***Patterns can be varied but just remember the ''look'' of the FAKE dzi beads.
  
  Made of clay, the patterns are just painted on the bead:
  
  
  Made of synthetic glass (very convincing dzi to the untrained eye!!!):
  
  
  9-eyed dzi made of clay:
  
  
  3-eyed dzi made of clay, the crackled marks are made as result of overheating of the chemicals:
  
  
  This one, I need not need to further comment...........

  Got pictures of real dzi? Can you tell us how to differentiate between a real and fake one?

  most people go for the weathering marks years ago, but now that is no longer a reliable factor as weathering marks can be faked using a STONE PUNCHER.
  
  STONE PUNCHER can punch holes that resembles weatherings marks of ancient dzi.
  
  I myself uses the two methods to differentiate:
  
  ''look'' of ancient and new dzi (http://dzioftibet.com/
  
  if you're sensitive to auras, you can feel of the aura of the dzi (plastic, clay or glass imitations will never have energies of real dzi!!)

  i won't buy a fake dzi bead... it looks like something i would find in my banana crunch cereal.... but if it's that powerful... i don't mind selling my house for it... but it isn't
