  pheonix comm..definitely. singtel.. crazy rate.

  if u r calling frequently... buy a calling card. much cheaper than anything the mobile companies are offering
  
  i think its like 10 dollars for 200 mins or 300 mins
  
  like in my case.. i'm in aussie now.. i buy a calling card 50 bucks give me 3,000 mins.
  
  its probably a bit more expensive in s'pore.. but shld still be much cheaper than starhub or singtel
