Wat happens 2 u when u get very angry over a person ?

  Hey. An incident happened to me recently. I was so angry with my in-laws family. But I did not show it out. And dont think they know. It was only yesterday then I realise that it was all a misunderstanding ... Luckily ..

  why get angry at people?
  will make you grow old faster. more white hair more wrinkle more upset.
  so dont get angry, get even or more. make the other party angry and let them get the white hair, wrinkle etc.
