Hmm, anyone ate century eggs before? If after I open the egg then got this featherlike stuff which can be seen thru the surface of the egg, does that mean it is expired already?

Its usually a "best by" date. Its just not as good after that date.

These eggs wun turn bad tat easily wan. It takes a long time for it to get spoilt, unless when u break it, the whole egg is disfigured... then it is really spoil liaoz...

i like to eat the... erm... 'egg white' of the century egg, but it's black so what should it be called ah?
