This sentence has been talked so often that one day I will try to understand why. I guess it gotta do with male pride. Afterall male take most pride when they can feel their thing stand upright. It is a grand show of vitality. But when grow old not much vitality any more so they need outside visual to stimulate and revitalize their past glory days.
That is why old man see pretty ladies eyes like never let go like that cuz they are slowly trying to regain and rejoice in their lost past glory IMHO
