  running is part of keeping fit too.... only when one is mentally and physically sound then can one help others.... chinese proverb...

  wanted to be there initially for the nasi lemak.... the relay for changi v started at 1210 outside cdo camp ....
  
  anyway.... 4 of 8 remaining now.... almost back to ntu now....
  
  i admire them for their perserverance..... dunno why people make fun of them....

  2 different groups running.... first group of only 8 runners will attempt to run 168km within 30 hours.... currently situation is only 3 are still running.... now at about 150+ km
  
  the second group of runners are relay runners.... 168km divided into about 50 stations.... relay runners only signed up to run from 1 station to another... averaging 3.4km....
  
  so the group u saw are the relay runners.....

  one has completed the gruelling 168km in 25 hours!!!! Guess what... he is 50+ years old..... !!!!

  frankly i really see no point in those events like scaling the highest mountain, cycling around the world, run around the country etc.

  They do it for a cause....and it's gruelling as well.

  only 3 person(core runner) completed 168km.

  okie wat at least its more meaningful then that guy cant remember wat name waste a lot of money go climb mountain here and there. last time say want to swim across wat strait dun know succeed or not.
