  if you wanna, do it right...
  
  pierce tongue first and start going through the gauges of tongue studs.. all the way to 0-gauge...
  
  if not, you may die from the pain and shock.. seriously...
  
  do it over a few months... make sure to look after hygiene as eating will be difficult and you may get infection.. which may end up killing you again...
