1st world nation but 3rd world behaviour

  Is singapore really a 1st world nation? I doubt highly.
  Everywhere u go u see people rude , not courteus, stare , act blur, disorganised.......
  Ah-Ma at air con kopitiam fighting with uncle. What lah like suagu.....
  I was at MAC ordering food and she the cashier dont know what she is selling too. Really singapoerean are blur king, simply bo chap.....

  It is classiefied as first world in economic terms..but not social..
