  Don't go anywhere until you are sure of what you want to study. In the mean time, work first and save enough.

  Which line are you majoring in right now?
  
  What is your career objective?
  
  If you're planning to run your own business, heck the degree. You won't need it.
  
  If you're planning to be an employee for the rest of your life then yes i think you will need a degree for career advancement. Then again, you can start work first and continue your studies say 2 years later. The added working experience will aid you when you re join the work force after your Uni graduation.

  what do you want to work as???
  
  If can get into local uni and you like studying... then of course get a local degree. If cannot get in, then you can consider part-time uni degree or some professional qualifications... as for the institutions, make up your mind on the type of course you want then find the best institution that provides it...
  
  In the end it still depends on what you really want to do for the next 40 years of your life...

  why not try get a job 1st?
  school will always be there......
  as long as you can pay fee
