Linking music to my blog

  Greetings everyone,
  
  I had the stupidest problem on hand right now. I had my wma file inside my Lycos database and wishes to embed it to my blog. How do i find out about the path name?
  
  Does it goes something like this? I tried. Doesnt work.
  embed src="ftp.members.lycos.co.uk/loginID_uk_db/music.wma

  lycos i not very sure how to use...but try using angelfire...easier to use...for eg.
  
  autoplay=true autostart=true loop=false hidden=true height="20" width="30">
