Group of adults behaving badly at Orchard Road

They were drinking, most probably alcohol at indochine and shouting and swearing.Their companies should give them moral education and give them detention so that they wont go out and cause a nuiscane.I also believe the government should spend more money on educating adults on how to behave outside.Adults lead a too pampered life until they are apathetic of others.I hope the company canes them for their misconduct, i hope those adult's parents are informed and get caned by them as well.
