  as for gov,
  
  you can express personal opinions, solutions, weakness, strenght, benefits, and who lose out.
  
  how they should go about doing things, just like an academic, but do not accuse them or anyone of anything not so good.
  
  grading them from lousy to good is also okay.
  
  some of their policy sucks and some okay. for eg,
  
  low income , no earned enough to pay tax, now must pay 5% GST
  
  and well off, earn more than enough to pay tax and now even tax cut to offset 5% GST.
  
  this is a real life policy that gov has to think hard as it affects those that hardly meet any tax incentives and how to help them.
  
  its called constructive feedback and comments.
  
  the most , if you are famous here sgforums, they will take up your case and debate and help citizens understand more.
  
  maybe can get NMP ( $8000 a mnth) , just joking
