It all depend in each individual phone usage and habits. For free 018 to malaysia get Starhub cuz they just continue promotion to year 2006. For me it is more the m1-citibank card that pledge my loyalty and for the fact I use pager that time already is their customer and today they give me corporate plan extended despite my company already no more tied up with them.
Such gestures are things tat tied me to them hahahaa... of cuz everyone needs may varies.... no hard and fast rule which telco is better... to me all same lar.... depend how they attract you with their services and plans[/b]

yo, whether you monitor the usage yourself or not is NOT the point. The point is that when the staff say they will do something, then THEY should keep their word! right? As for singtel, I have bad experience with their broadband services and their lack of interest to retain loyal customers.
I must agree that for new plans, Sintel is pretty strong.
