Any remedy for heatiness?

been suffering from swollen gums, nose bleeding etc etc, think my body thrown off balance. feel very heaty now.
any remedy? been drinking cooling tea but no use one lei.. still like tat -
each body is different, i suggest you pay a trip to consult a medical specialist. =)

was also running a fever for the past 2 days but it subside. the swollen gums, sore throat etc is still there.
can't eat cos chewing is impossible. will sweat simply when eating...

we tend to shrug off these easily and hope tt it's jus some minor illness
but if it persists or got worse, it's better to see a doc....
got once my back hurts and i tot it's jus normal back pain since i get them pretty often
but it din go away and i realise it's concentrated at one spot...
i seen a doc and it turned out to be a kidney infection...
not life threatening but still have to treat it fast.... -

If you answer no, then does this nose bleeding come on spontaneously?
If you answer yes, are there bleeding from the gums?
If you answer yes, it is highly likely that you are suffering from dengue hemorrhagic fever.
The capillaries (tiniest blood vessels) are present in abundance in the nose and the gum which leads to spontaneous bleeding if the vessel walls are disrupted (as in dengue fever).
Other places that you may see blood includes vomiting blood, passing out dark black tarry smelly stools, and if you are a lady, passing out more than usual amount of menstrual blood. -

Sometimes, it might be too late to find a doctor when it really matters. -

anyway the nose bleeding is not very profuse... only abit abit and it happened when i was sleeping.
