Should i go for FULL BACK tattoo?

  it cost $1600 SGD already have my right shoulder blade tattoo but my frd say she noe a very pro tattoo artist and cheap also for the quality.
  
  it will be very painful but outcome dunno nice or not.
  
  go for it or not?

  I have seen a couple of malays with their faces tattoed.
